Deposits are accepted.
The deposit for any pup is $250.
All deposits are first come, first served!
The first $250 of ANY payment is considered the deposit!
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
Cash, Zelle, Postal Money Order (fee applies) or GoodDog.com 
(fee applies) are the only methods of payment we accept.

Money Orders MUST be made out to Valness Yorkies LLC.
If you leave a deposit on an unborn pup and then we end up not
having a pup for you or if you leave a deposit on a pup that is born
and something should happen to that pup while at Valness Yorkies LLC,
your deposit will be moved to the next available litter of your choice.
Once pups are born and I notify you that it is your turn to pick
you have 24 hours to respond if you want one or I will move onto the
next deposit and your depsoit will move to the next available litter.
I reserve the right to have 1st pick of any litter at any time!

Availability is not guaranteed on deposits placed on unborn pups.
All dates are guesstimates!
Until pups are born there is not a guarantee Mom is pregnant.
If you leave a deposit on an unborn pup and then we end up not having a 
pup for you your deposit will be moved to the next available litter of your choice.

Final Payment:
Cash or Credit Card in Person will be accepted at time of pick up or delivery.
All other payment methods, payment is due 10 days 
prior to the pup being shipped, picked up or delivered.
(Regardless of above, if payment has not cleared, pup will not be picked up or delivered.)

Valness Yorkies LLC under no circumstances holds a pup without full 
payment after the pup is 8 weeks old (deposit placed or not). 
Unless kept at our request!

Pups are usually ready at 8 weeks old, but some need to stay longer, at our discretion.  

Yorkie pups weight is an estimate. There is no guarantee.   

 
You may mail me a Postal Money Order for you 
deposit, however, first deposit received gets pup. 
(If mailing a Postal Money Order please put a phone 
number or email address and the pup you would like on it.)

If you leave a deposit on a pup and something should happened to the 
pup while at Valness Yorkies LLC, you will get to pick from a future litter.

No pup, bought at Valness Yorkies LLC, is to be resold without notifying 
Valness Yorkies LLC first and giving Valness Yorkies LLC first option to take/buy 
(for no more than purchase price) that pup back. Any pup that Valness 
Yorkies LLC lets you rehome from your home you are required to have the new 
owners fill in Valness Yorkies LLC New Owner Questionnaire and the new owners 
are to be notified if they cannot keep the pup/dog they are to notify 
Valness Yorkies LLC first and give Valness Yorkies LLC first option to take/buy 
(for no more than purchase price) that pup back as well! Valness Yorkies LLC 
does not knowingly place pups with pet stores, brokers or puppy mills!!!

We also deliver anywhere for $0.75 a mile.
