Maintenance is:
$25 a month ... OR ... $250 a year (2 months free) if paid in full!!!
which includes unlimited updates/changes.

You can also get a domain name for about $20 a year.
(ex. www.YourWebsite.com instead of
http://websitesbyWendy.com/YourWebsite)
